How do I purchase tickets?

I purchased tickets online, but now I can’t find them.
When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Can’t find it? Click here to have the confirmation email resent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Where in THE BJCC is the show located?
The show takes place in the North Hall of THE BJCC, the North Hall entrance is the only entrance to the show.
Is there parking near the venue?

Are there any special days or promotional days I should know about?

Do you have any military discounts?
Yes, all show weekend we invite Active & Retired Military, & First Responders, to attend the show free of charge. Tickets to be redeemed at the box office with valid id. Click here for details.
Is there food available for purchase?
There is a concessions area available serving hot and cold items. Concession sites are cashless and take card only.
Is there an ATM on site?
No, there is no ATM at THE BJCC.
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?

Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
There is no reserved seating. We recommend that you secure your seat 15 minutes prior to the celebrities presentation times.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
No. We do not allow pets at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
Do you have wheelchairs or motorized scooters available for rent?
They are not available at the venue, but you may bring your own or rent from a local company.
